My LEGO Talk celebrates one year of existence and I would like to thank you all, my readers, for your support, visits and comments ! I am more than happy that I can share my joy for LEGO with you through this page.
Thanks to My LEGO Talk I had a chance to meet a few very talented LEGO builders, fans and people passionate about bricks. I'm very pleasantly surprised by how many adults didn't forget to play even thought they are not children any more. That's what I like about the LEGO fan community the most.

Let's look together on key milestones from the first year of existence of My LEGO Talk:

Kiss Kiss Tuxedo Batman - I bet that this one will definitely increase in value in future :-)

The adorable Kiss Kiss Tuxedo Batman keychain was given for free during February 2017 promotion of Lego Batman Movie sets. You could get him if you bought at least one item inspired by the brand new LEGO movie in your favorite toy store. Do you remember ?
I usually miss promotional polybags because either I simply do not know about the promotion or I am too slow. I often take my time to think before the purchase... and that's the reason why I end up with nothing, usually. You must be super fast to get your hands on gift promotional polybags like this one. However with Kiss Kiss Tuxedo Batman I was successful and luckily I've got two of them. :-)
If you missed on the Kiss Batman and you feel like you cannot live without him, there is always a chance to get one on secondary market where everything has its price. Most often the Kiss Batman is priced in range of 20-25 USD at the moment (...which doesn't mean that you cannot get it cheaper but also for more than that).
Just for comparison, for the same price you could probably get many of the most worthy collectible minifigures from Series 1-10 which means that the Kiss Batman definitely does not belong to the group of cheap minifigures. Why ? He's predetermined to be popular not only because he is Batman. :-) Of course, it isn't easy even for Batman to attract the attention of LEGO fan community with so many of his brothers released so far. However the Kiss Batman is very special and I guess that due to its adorable and unique design he is predetermined to be popular also in future and increase even more in price.
If you are interested in secondary pricing of Collectible Minifigure Series check my recent price reviews - Collectible Minifigure Series 1-10 or Collectible Minifigure Series 11-15 incl. special series.

Celebrate Harry Potter 20th Anniversary with Reminder of 10 Coolest Harry Potter LEGO sets

2017 is an important year for every Harry Potter fan as it marks 20 years since publishing of the first book - Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone by J.K.Rowling. It's unbelievable that it has been already 20 years, isn't it?
I was 8 years old when the first book was released and I remember it as if it was yesterday when my classmate was telling me how she had been queueing in front of a local bookstore to get her first copy of the new bestseller. At that time I didn't understand her because I hadn't been into Potter yet. After a few days my friend lent me the book and I remember that I've got hooked from the very first page. It wasn't just the book itself, it was also the magic around the Harry Potter phenomenon. You might be surprised but I'm still a big fan of Harry Potter, even that I am in my late 20's. :-) I've just got the Order of the Phoenix and the Half-Blood Prince beautiful hardback editions with slipcase from Bloomsbury today.
Once you read the first book, there is no way back ! :-)
