ReplyWe also have the Ferris Wheel, which had been my favorite set since getting back into LEGO. This set was more fun to build and is just as impressive.
Yes, the build is very funny. Yesterday night I opened the pack number four and built first three animals - swan, flamingo and tiger. They are so cute. :-) I like the way they move up and down when the carousel rotates. Just like the real carousel ! That's very cool and smart feature of the set.
ReplyI also have the Ferris Wheel, but still unopened. I think that I won't be able to build it before we move into a bigger house.
The frog is VERY cool (my favorite). My brother and I think it's hilarious that the tiger's tail is basically right in the face of the swan. We even set it so that it hits the swan's face each time the tiger goes up and down.
ReplyExactly, the frog is the best ! That's what I said yesterday when I finished all five animals - the frog is a star of the carousel for me ! :) Will play with the tiger and swan when I come back home tonight. :)
ReplyThis looks very funny, I would like to build sets of this type but with some Latin American theme, does it exist? Such as the Machu picchu or the Panama Canal? I hope it exists
ReplyHi Emmanuel, thanks a lot for your comment. There are not many Latin American themed LEGO sets. :-( It's been almost a year since I wrote a post about LEGO Architecture ... I was wondering where does LEGO find inspiration for their theme which brings alive famous iconic buildings. And the answer is mainly in the United States. Unfortunately, the only set which is inspired by Middle / South America is the LEGO Education set Panama Canal 2000451. I hope we will see more sets like Panama Canal coming in future.
ReplyThis is considered a century works, but moc lego still leaves me more impressed. This is a great article overall, I hope you have more articles
